Not that I’m a fighter.  I’m a lover. difficult. So the last couple of days I did a lot of thinking and I’m going to start implementing some small things that I hope will help make a difference.  I’m not a dieter.  I don’t really believe in diets.  You deprive yourself too much, you’re setting yourself up for failure.  Or you only focus on one specific regimen, you’re neglecting other things that may need attention too.   I believe mostly in moderation and sensible choices.
